Video Message????????????????

Anyone get a message like this in their Inbox:

???????????????????????

And then when you open it, it says something like "Video Failed to Play" or something? This has happened to me a couple times and even showed up in my SENT box and I know I didn't send any video messages. Then, when I turn the phone off and back on, it's gone! 😳

never got it on mine, but my girlfriend did. No idea what it is. If you get it again any turn the phone off then on and it's still there, all you need to do is first "delete" it (it will still show up there however) then power-cycle the phone by pulling the battery out while the phone is ON (this will not erase anything stored) and leave it out for 5 to 10 seconds. Put the battery back in and power it back up. Message should be gone. Hope this helps.

Wow, that's odd. I wrote that back in July! Anyway, it was a recurring problem for me until I got the update (Version 04) and it hasn't happened since! YAY!\

P.S. - What's the difference b/t a JPG and a PNG? I noticed that 2 of the wallpapers I purchased from Blue Mountain Mobile are PNG, whereas all other pictures (one wallpaper from Wallpaper Mart and pics took with phone) are JPG. So, what's the difference?

Hey! I was wondering how this topic got brought back up, but after I looked a little further, I saw where you had mentioned that you were having the same problem.

If you don't have the update (Version 04), then you may want to go to your Verizon store and have them update your phone. If you HAVE gotten the update and are still having the same problem, well, I don't know what to tell you. If I were you, I'd contact both Verizon AND LG. I've had to do that a few times. That way, you have all the bases covered.
