15 day trial period
The 15 days also starts on the date of order...so if you order on the phone like I did and didn't get it until 5 days later...you only have a 10 day trial...it is on the plastic bag you opened to get to the phone and I also confirmed it with Verizon. Great, Huh?

I guess you better get busy making lots of calls!! We should start publishing our numbers to each other (after all we're all 'In Network') for test calling!! 🤣 😉

I got the phone yesterday and the volume is awful. It does change mostly to so low you can't hear. I called Verizon and they asked me if I was using it in my house. I told them yes and they told me they didn't guarantee the quality if I was inside. I asked him about all the people that only have cellphones and he said maybe the landline companies were sending signals to block the cellphone signals...cop out!!! It doesn't matter though...I was in my car and it did the same thing. I go from o bars signal to 5 within a couple of miles from each other. I have also called the *228 without any change. I am embarrassed to say, but I still have my Star Tac...after all even Verizon said it was the best phone ever made and its signal is better ...

You'll want to, at the very least, make sure there's no weekend during your shipping so it gets there faster!! It might be worth the FedEx charge to get four more days of trial time!!!
I hope the shipping back doesn't count, too!! 😉

Well, I didn't know that when I order it on Friday. I was excited about getting the phone and got it on the first day it was released. They told me it didn't count for shipping back, but I am going into the store this time to see if they have anymore or maybe I will jump ship and get the Moto E815...don't beat me up for it 🙂 I have to have a phone I can hear calls on. Does yours give you a problem?
...
...but I will be using it a lot over the weekend so if I do have the problem a lot, I will exchange it next week.
Did you adjust the Call Setting for Voice Privacy to Standard? I've also tried setting the TTY MODE to full and I think that made the volume a little bit louder, but I'm not sure - there may be other factors like background noise - so I'll experiment a little with that this weekend. I wonder if I can change the TTY settings during a call...

I am a novice...what is TTY mode and how do you change it?
...
Yes, I did change the auto volume to off and the privacy to standard...and it didn't help.
