LG VX-8100
How do you upload to 8100 from 6000
I have received my cable - I bought 6100/8000 cable on ebay.
The software that came with cable did not detect this phone - the cable fits though but 8100 is not a choice on their software yet.
I was able to use the same cable received and bitpim to get all my phone info out of my 6000. So it that info is now on my compter.
I have read on here that you folks are uploading mp3, ringtones, etc so please explain to me how you are doing the uploading as bitpim does not read my phone as a 8100 either - the error messages give back indicate a 8000 phone which it is not and does not continue. Is the driver the same for the 8000/8100? Does anyone know?
