Returned Phones

Can anyone tell me what happens to the 8100's that are returned to the stores? Do they just go back out to new customers or are they returned to LG? Sorry everyone has had problems with the phone we've all waited so long for... Think I'll try the Samsung SPH-A800.

I "think" (not entirely sure) that they get repaired and refurbished and are given out during the one year warranty period to those who take theres in for exchange after the 15 days are up.
