Taking Two Pictures (was Camera Delay)
Seems like it's an intermittent problem.
I just took a dozen pictures with flash and camera worked fine for the first ten, then it started taking a second picture by itself before I could save the first.
I turned the flash off and it didn't matter - it was still taking the second picture.

Throw your phone into "camera test mode" by doing the menu then 000000. Scroll to H/W test and then camera test. Turn camera test mode ON.
Take some pics. I've tried it a few times with different results. It eliminated the delay/second shot but added noise/speckles to the picture. Also, the auto name of the pictures are no longer a string of number but "Pic01, 02" etc. I also messed with the resolution and I did notice a difference in the lower end.
I kicked it back into regular mode and it seems to be taking pictures more quickly. I am not sure if it's my imagination. Try it and post your findings!
