Speakerphone

Can someone help and advise if there is a way to increase the volume on the speakerphone. When I use the voice activated dialing, a voice asks for a command, I can barely hear this. I have to have the phone right up to my ear and when I give the command I have to speak directly into the phone. Kinda defeats the purpose of voice activiation if I have to hold the phone so close to my mouth and ear. All the volumes are up on high, the ear and master volumes.

Any advise or resolution will be really appreciated. Thank you.

When using the speaker phone, use the side buttons to increase the volume. If you do it when the phone is not in use, it will increase the volume of the ringer. If you do it when you are on the handset, the handset volume will increase.

If you have done it already and still get no volume increase on the speaker, try increasing the master volume under Menu - Tools and Settings - Sounds - Master Volume.

If you still have problems, then you might have one of the phones with volume issues. Unfortunately, you would have to take or send the phone back to Verizon for a replacement.
