Ok, so I order the VX8100 the first day it appears on the VZN website (able to take advantage of the $50 instant rebate as well as the $100 ne2). Total price, excluding tax: $49.00.
Monday comes - "Check back tomorrow".
Tuesday comes - "Check back tomorrow".
*Phone call to CS: The warehouse is behind a day or two, but they will have it shipped out tomorrow for sure.
Wednesday comes - "Check back tomorrow".
Thursday comes - "Check back tomorrow".
Friday comes - "Check back tomorrow".
*Phone call to CS: The warehouse is behind a day or two, but they will have it shipped out on Monday for sure.
ME: Sorry, that isn't good enough - the phone was ordered a week ago and your website promises delivery within 2-5 busines...
