Problem with pictures--any way to reset?
all my pictures and movies became blank and will not delete, open, or play--is there any way to reset the phone, even if it means to factory settings?

Yu can reset everything back to factory settings by going to menu, setting & tools, system, then security (it will ask you to enter lock code, that is the last four digits of your phone number) then reset default.

I had that happen and tried the above, but it was still happening so I had to return it for another.
