Just watched a Verizon sales rep mislead a customer
I'm waiting for my phone to have the software flashed and a customer comes in and is looking at the E815, 8000, Samsung a890 and the Audiovox. For some reason the 8100 isn't grouped in with these but is further down on the wall. The customer asks the rep about what is best phone and the rep mentions the E815 because "it has an MP3 player, bluetooth and speakerphone". The sales rep didn't even mention the 8100 and instead pulls his V710 out of his pocket and shows it to the customer. I asked another rep (in front of the customer and his sales rep) if the E815 has the functioning MP3 player and he said that it didn't but that there were "ways around it".
I felt bad for the customer for being pushed into a cheap phone who thinks it's ful...

WTF is the matter with you BK. That was an HONEST salesrep. 815 does have an mp3 player that is not crippled. It DOES have bluetooth, and yes, you can enable the OBEX profile too. What are you talking about?
