I guess good things come to an end. I've had my phone for almost two weeks without a problem. I always use bluetooth or speaker phone. Never had a problem. Made a call thru phone and had a big decrease in volume. VZW blew me off with a hard reset. You guys with the volume problem also get it with speakerphone and bluetooth? Does this problem occur all ways? I do know I was in a 'weak' cell area. Could this have an effect? 😡 😡 😡

Doesn't have to be a weak area, I had full strength and had issues. My mom told me not to call her from the cell anymore until I get a new one. She had terrible feedback from the speaker phone, heard 3rd party conversations still with full signal bars.On the regular phone I could not hear her and bluetooth was difficult for both. After about y phone was hot to touch in the back. plus minutes on the phone with Verizon, the back of my phone was hot to touch. I am on lg number 2 and waiting for my new phone (different mfg) to get here Wed so I can send this one back.
