I too sent a msg to them and this is what I got back:

In regards to your inquiry, the issues you mentioned are not issues of which LG is aware. However, we definitely appreciate your feedback. Sounds to me like everyone writing LG is gettin the standard "response letter to customers with problems". I'm sure your letters are being forwarded to the proper people. Are you suggesting they are just deleting them and ignoring everyone? People need to realize this phone just came out. It does a LOT of things. There are goin to be problems. I am sure they will be addressed in due time. The phone has been out like what 9 days officialy? If you want a phone where the bugs have been worked out research and buy a proven phone. If you want the latest and the greatest this is par for the course if you ask me.

same response here. Though my phone seems to be ok now. Volume issue is rare.

I agree! The phone does a LOT of things. Just give it time. Sure they rushed to get it out, but do you remember how impatient most of us were to get it? We were so glad just to get it in our hands!! Again, give it some more time. They'll get it (almost) right!! 🤣

I emailed LG twice. Here's the log:

I just recently got an LG vx 8100 phone for verizon, and I'd like to
report some problems/bugs with the phone. I'm still in my 15 day
trial period, and some of these are annoying enough that I may take
back my phone and exchange it for a motorola. Here are the problems:

1) The Speakerphone: On my end it sounds great, but everyone who I
talk to on my phone says they cant hear me well and that the call
qaulity is terrible. Words are garbled or dropped, and there is a ton
of background noise. The speakerphone is an important feature for me,
but if no one can hear what I am saying on the speakerphone, then what
good is having the speakerphone anyway? Also, I went back to the
verizon s...
