I dont understand the whole crippled stuff. crippled bluetooth , cripped mp3. what does that mean. is some guy is sitting their at verizon saying 'u kno wat, let me damage this program so it doesnt work, muah ha ha ha ha' is that how it works?

No, it's just someone sitting there trying to figure out how they can make more money, not in a good, honest way, but by ripping-off consumers. It's a sad commentary on the world of cellphone providers!!! 😡

Let me comment on the ridiculousness of the MP3 problem.
The phone shouldn't have been promoted or mfg'd as an MP3 player if it doesn't work as one. And if ANYONE pays $15/month to play their own music files, I want their autograph because they'll probably be the only one. For $15/month and $3/song I can get a 100GB IPOD or whatever Samsung has on the market.
