I think it is poor judgment to:
1) not include a printed manual and
2) have such a limited user guide on-line
What were the managers thinking? So many details on using the phone is not inlcuded. We are forced to review other's experiences to figure out how to use certain features or days to figure it out ourselves if ever.

My 8100 came with a pretty decent manual. Admittedly, there are things missing such as speaker phone and camera info, but overall it's fairly comprehensive. If you didn't receive a manual, I would suggest you complain to your sales rep.

The manual I received is a quick reference guide and a Cd rom which links you to a web based user guide.

Yes, a full printed manual. It has a yellow and white cover, with "VCast, Now Playing On Your Phone" printed on it. It's in both English and Spanish, each section being around 100 pages.
