Called LG - Wrote Verizon
I decided to call LG about the phone problems. The csr I spoke with was very pleasant, and seemed to pay great attention to what my complaints were. She did say the mp3 player was disabled by Verizon. I spoke with her about volume issues, speakerphone, BT problems, camera delay, and dropped calls. I said I didn't know which of the problems fell into LG's purview as opposed to Verizon's. She said she put them all in her report, and said the call was recorded, and said I should also report them all to Verizon.
Below is the email I just sent to Verizon. I ran out of space - 2000 character limit - and was too lazy to send more, but this is what I did say. I plagerized a bit from another person's review.

They did not directly address all of my concerns, saying that some are "out of their control", but at least the response was better than a generic "thank you for contacting us" letter.

Currently there is a software evaluation with the MP3 player with the phone. For the other issues with the camera and signal, this is not something unfortunately Verizon Wireless has any control over. We are working with LG at this time for them to develop a software patch to remedy the lag time in taking pictures.
