Just wondering if anyone living in the Dayton, Ohio area has problems with dropped calls on this phone.
also there is alot about the mp3 player on this site. Is it possible to upload ringtones with a minidisc . Is there a way to access the mp3 player?

i don't know if it was a problem but the first day I had it didn't even pick up the call. I am from Cincinnati.

I live a little north of Dayton and I just returned my 8100 tonight after 13 days. The major reason was very poor RF. I had a low signal everywhere compared to my old 8000 and I was getting a lot of static and dropping calls. All this was happening where I have never had problems before with any other phone. It has serious RF issues. Sitting in my home I had no bars, just the tower/antenna with the 8100. I was dropping calls constantly. I have never had that problem, not with my 8000, not with my v710 not with my daughters 6100s. I picked up the 815 tonight and I have 3 bars in my house.... huge differnece. My daughters have 2-3 bars on the Vx6100s. Anyone that says the 8100 doesn't have poor RF is in denial. It was a huge disappo...
