RE: Volume Problems

I know this sounds like too simple of a solution, but I wonder if some of the volume problems people are having are just do to the phone moving on your ear. Some cell phones I have had, you could have it almost anywhere on your ear and could hear fine, and others had to be right on your ear. While I agree placement definitely helps with this phone I have had calls where no matter where I placed the phone I really struggled to hear the person I was talking with. It's not very noticeable if I'm sitting in my house quietly but if I'm walking down the street with cars driving by it can reach a point where I can't hear the person at all. To me that's unacceptable. It's a "mobile" phone after all. I've experienced this rarely but it has happened. What about trying a headset (BT or otherwise). Are people still having volume problems when using a bluetooth headset? I think that would be a test to really find out if there are volume issues...

I've only had the problem once, and I was using a BT headset at the time. Location? Everybody says no but I know I was in a weak cell area at the time.
