were to find device maneger please help just got my cable and qpst is not finding my phone any help out there please

try going to menu and then enter zero. You will see a code screen where you should enter six zeros. that will get you to all the service and programming menus.

I am not sure wha tyou would need to adjust for the cable but in general this is where it all is.
