Charge while phone is on
Can I charge my phone while it is still left on? The reason why I ask is that I am in the medical field and I need to be able to receive calls and voice mails 24 hrs/day.
If left on, will it hurt the battery? Will it ring and function properly? Thanks for your help.

I do it all the time with my LG-6000. I have needy kids who like to call at all hours for help!!
Anyway, I've never had any problems with the battery... and it's almost 2 years old now.
There was another post on this forum dedicated to battery use which was long and technical. You might try to find it as it contained some very useful information about battery charging and discharging.
