Anyone know how many ringtones you can actually store on the phone?
So I just hooked up my phone with the bitpim for the first time last night, and was having a field day moving over "my sounds" and files from www.mp3rintones4u.com to my ringtones. I didn't do too much, just added about 7.
Anyone know how much space is available for ringtones? When I go to "manage memory" under settings, I have only used 3577kb out of 28649kb avail. I think it may have been mentioned before, but I thought maybe the avail memory was different for the various features like ringtones, pix, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

go to get it now, hit the info button(bottomm right corner) then select ringtone memory, you are probably about full, i had enough space for 9 on mine.

Thanks for the tip. Looks like I'm about 1/2 way there. But I figure I'll delete the sounds and that will free up some space. Then I'll have to be picky about which ringtones to keep. The ones I'm using on mpw3ringtones4u are kind of big files--about 230kb, so maybe I need to shorten those. What software do you recommend to do that?
