Just got off the phone with senior tech at LG. As I stated once before, ALL the firmware/software is VZW's. They strip the phones and re-program all. Do you think a major company like LG, selling phones to all major carriers, wants a bad rep. All phones are well tested before VZW gets them. If they tested bad, they would have gone right back. You're talking big money. They might be greedy, but no stupid. BT is a LOCATION problem. It emits the same signal for all phones. Two phones, both with the same headset, 1/2 mi apart, react differently. I was told this by LG, VZW, Scala, Motorola and Jabra. One clear - the other static. I am in NJ and never had a static problem with Jabra, Moto, Plantonics or the Scala. I guess, the more towers, the bet...
