Transferring Information Between Bluetooth Handsets
I'm currently the unhappy owner of the LG VX-8100 who is having MANY problems with this phone. The main issue is fluctuating volume that renders the phone pretty much useless if you're trying to have a conversation with someone. There's supposedly a software update in the works, but I've heard many different opinions from different Verizon employees as to when it's actually going to be available. A reliable tech guy that works at one of the stores here locally is on vacation, and no one else there or at Customer Care seems to have any concrete information as to when this will be available. Unfortunately, I can't wait for this update any longer. I've gone ahead and ordered a Motorola E815 (had to pay full retail for it, but I needed a ph...

I'm not sure about Bluetooth transfers. But I believe Verizon offers a way to upload your contacts to their server (I think it's through Get-It-Now, and the price is reasonable.)
Then you can download them to your new phone.
I don't know all the details, but you can research it a bit. I think it might work for you.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, Verizon only transfers the contact lists, but not the scheduler. Not sure why they don't have the capability of doing this as well, but apparently they don't. Sigh. Looks like I'll be manually re-entering this information either way. What a bummer.
