Another volume problem, but this time no sound at all, anybody else?!
Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. I used my phone to make 3 calls yesterday, and all 3 times I saw that it was connecting, but there was no sound at all. As if I wasn't even making a call, no ringing, no connecting. But I had to turn off and on the phone and it worked fine after that. The person I was calling told me that their phone rang but nothing was on the other end when they picked up. I don't know what the heck happened. This is the first time I've had the problem since I exchanged for a new 8100 about 3 weeks ago.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. It happens from time to time on all phones. I think it's a network problem, not a phone problem.
When you restart the phone, it initializes your connection with the network again.
Also, sometimes a particular bad location can cause that to happen.

NY8100GUYS, thanks for the reassurance. I was thinking I may have to exchange my phone again! So far after I got the new one, I haven't had any issues with it other than the volume thing yesterday.
