I have a Verizon 8100 leather case/charger/jabra stereo headphones for sale, anyone interested??
I bought it over the weekend, and decided I don't really need it. I am going to return it this weekend, but thought I'd see if anyone wants to buy it from me. I don't think it's available in every store, so in case you can't find it, you may want to buy mine. I'm not selling it at a discount though, since I plan to return it. So $50 (same price at store) and $5 shipping, anyone interested?

No offense, but your ad seems like a scam. Why wouldn't you just go back to the store, get your $50 back and also the $5 in taxes. Instead you're willing to wait a good week at least to get $5 less than what you paid? This leads one to believe either 1) you can't return it for some reason (defective, stolen, lost receipt, etc) or 2) you got the pack at a discount and you're trying to make a profit.

Also, most people would rather spend $55 on a brand new pack right from the store and get it instantly. If they wanted used goods, they could go on ebay and get it for half the price.

Eh I'm not trying to scam anyone here on this forum. I was just offering to sell the pack to someone that might be interested because I figured it's not available in all stores. Just thought I'd throw it out there, no one wants it no big deal. Believe me I could throw it up on Ebay if I wanted, but thought this forum was a better venue. I am extremely busy during the week and don't have time to run my errands until the weekend. I put the case on my phone and just didn't like how it looks. Didn't even touch the charger or headset. I bought it for 49.99 at the store and am going to return it this weekend if no one wants it. No harm no foul.

Hey, I didn't mean to offend, I was just shedding some light as to how a consumer would see you ad and what thoughts generated. If anything, my questions and your answers to those questions actually strengthen your selling point. Now as the consumer I see why you're selling and it makes sense.
