A word of advise to everyone here, I returned my 8100 for the E815 and I'm very Happy I did, everyone here should do the same. The E815 blows this one away as far as quality and reliablity goes.

Oh really? We're not stupid!!!!!!!!!! You know, I and many others read the 815 forum too, and obviously it has a lot of faults too, here's a thread just recently posted:

The phone "resets" itself in mid texts or calls, weak vibration, rings when ringer is set on off, resets all personalized settings back to original settings, pics are blurry.I tried to exchange it for new one within my 15 days and waited for 2 hours while they programmed the new one only to come back and find the new one was also defective. Now, I'm stuck. Anything new from Samsung soon?
