LG VX-8100
New LG for VZW
Anyone hear anything about any new LG phones along the lines of a successor to the 8100? Don't get me wrong the phone seems great, and with the new found MP3 capabilities it seems sweet. The only thing is that new 2 megapixel cameras are making there way into the market and I'm guessing LG should be quick to it. Also, myself and some other people here (ive read) are not to crazy about the look of the phone, i.e. blue color (faceplates?), and top heavy shape. I'm a huge fan of LG , I have to have verizon service, and love the features (camera, video, MP3, etc.) I'm currently on the VX6000 and love it, but I need something new, and will be willing to wait on a newer LG phone. Any info would be great, thanks.

i work in a verizon store, and i havent heard of any new phones w/ a 2mp camera from lg. as far as the face plate is concerned, i do believe you can buy diff colors on ebay. i was messing a around w/ a fake lg 8100 at work and was able to just snap the blue face plate off. i have a leaher case so doesn't really bother me to much
