VZW outlet never heard of defects
I finally exchanged my 8100 for a new one at a local VZW outlet, after having 2 defects. At first, I had troubles with the phone ringing when in vibrate mode, and more recently I had my pictures all erase. Anyway, the rep there was really surprised I was having issues with the phone. He said that my phone was the first returned to the store as defective. I was pretty stunned to hear this, but I believe it considering I got a brand new phone instead of a refurb for my exchange.

It's all about sales.. You don't get sales if there are issues... And, if you say there are no problems long enough... Not only do you belive it, but so does the customer...
