I have called a bunch of stores in my area(Albany, NY) and one of the guys pulled up an approved device list and on that list he said that the most recent software for it was T81VZV04 but it has not been uploaded to their server yet. Once that happens they will be able to update the software but not right now. It is out though I'm so excited.

Generally I go to the Pittsford store. Although there is a BRAND new store in Greece. It the old one that was across the street from Greece Ridge Center. I get good service in Pittsford on Monroe Ave. Closest to my house. And by the way they dont have the update either.
