anyways people on the forum were tellin me that lady is bullshitting me.. ive heard that even if they know theres an update coming they're not allowed to discuss it with customers until it is released.. not sure how true that is but its what ive heard

I would have to agree... what do you expect a company to "officially" say when they screwed up the phone in the first place! Of course they'll just shrug their shoulders until they can come up with something that works. I'd rather trust the anonymous tech that has nothing to lose by offering up vague details than the canned VZW response. Maybe that's just becuase I'm impatient though...
