Call your local store. Ask the tech to check and see if it has been uploaded to their PC yet. Calling *611 has 2 downfalls. 1) Since the stores perform the upgrade, they will know if they have it or not first, and 2) if it was "released" and they tell you so, but for whatever reason the store doesn't have it, you made a trip for nothing.
