SD Cards
A couple of questions:
1- Are all the SD cards the same?
2- If you only have a handful of MP3's, do you still need the card?
3- When using BitPim, QPST or DataPilot, do you need the card or can it be uploaded to internal memory?

the only answer i know is to your first question. and the answer is no, not all sd cards are the same. you have to have the mini sd card or it won't fit in the phone. i've already tried with an sd card i have for my palm. although they make mini sd cards with regular sd adaptors. this comes in rather handy if you have a card reader that only takes the regular size or another piece of equipment that you want to retrieve info from. and i'm only guessing at the other 2 questions, but i would think you'd at least need a data cable if you don't have a card. i don't currently have either, because i may not keep the phone the rest of the year if this software update doesn't work out. hope i helped some.

For the mp3 player you have to have a card. That is the way VZW intended it to be suprisingly. If you dont want to spend a lot on a card, go to bestbuy and pick one up.
I went to my local best buy, asked the guy if he could check to make sure fit in phone correctly (causing him to open package and give me open item disc). He had no problem doing that for me. Nice to say, got a $20.00 128mb card for $5.00 plus tax!
You can also search online, ebay has them cheap, so do other stores that sell them. just google mini sd
