Geting Support at some local stores is very frustrating
Due to continuous frustration with my local store I called customer service that passed me to their tech group. The tech guy I talked to was not aware of the fix however unlike most cust. reps I delt with in the past he actually sounded like he wanted to take responsiblity and assist me. He went ahead and contacted a couple stores in my area to find out if they have the fix. He came back with the same sour taste I do when talking to my closest store and said that he will pass on that the store has a very poor customer service tech department. They blew him off and was rude. They played dumb to their own company and did not want to put forth any effort. He is sending this complaint to the upper channels so the hammer can come down on th...
