Quick Question
Im recieving my new 8100 in the mail Friday and i just wanted to know if the phone holds Voice or True ringtones?? Ive been getting mixed answers from the Verizon Store.

Yes the main type of ringtone for this phone is truetone.. I reccomend using VZWTones over Sony Music Box since it is the only thing they have(and cheaper)

You will need either Bitpim (i use version 7.35) or QPST to load custom ringers on your phone. Use the search at the top and you will find out the process.
