LG VX-8100

I've had my 8100 30 days and I've noticed there is a memory issue with phone. 1st is with the flip closed, use the camera function and take a picture. Sometimes it works, most times it says Please Wait circling forever. You have to open and close the flip to get it back to normal. I exchanged it out and the new phone did the same thing. Same day as I got the new phone, I went to do a voice recording. Before I even started recording and just sitting idle on the Press OK to record screen the phone saved. This new file is 0 kb in size and cannot be erased, moved, renamed, or played. Any clue on how to remove a ghost file?

VZW quality control will be looking into the camera issue so far.
