What is going on with verizon??? I just spoke with a Coordinator in the Business unit (after calling *611) She told me that in the Midwest the update has not been released yet and they don't even know if they are going to release it here. I asked her why would they release it in every other region but not the Midwest and she said she would not know that answer. What is wrong with verizon that there would be such a disconnect between regions?? I guess I am just missing something. Is there anyone in the midwest that has gotten this update and if so where are you at? I'm thinking bout hooking up my horse and buggy and going for a trip.

I am in the midwest, yes we are getting the update, call back next week, that is when it is being released

Update hasn't came to Colorado yet...anyone here heard of anything? I've let techs on the phone know that it's out on the East Coast, but they're still playing dumb. Why some regions and not others?

Yeah as wwhizzard said I am in Columbus, OH. I have called several stores here in Columbus as well as several others throughout the state and am getting the same answer. Except for 1 which said either end of week or begining of next week.
