I was told that Meriden CT had an update, but it only updates the menu speed?!? I never knew that was even a problem, lmao.

I've said it before on here; the Meriden, CT location is the most well run/organized Verizon stores I've ever been in. It's run almost completely by women! I called there on Monday and the tech girl not only double checked instead of just saying "no" she actually put me on hold and put a call in to her "team leader" to find out if the update was available. She said I should call back on Friday that she has a feeling it's about to release very soon. I'm gonna call her today and I'll let you know what I find.
