How can I get mine
My New Every Two is not up until the first week of October. I called VZ and told them that I need a new phone because mine is worn out.(it really is) I asked if they could help me out. The lady was very nice and moved my NET up to the first week of September. Unfortunately I still can't get a new phone for another three weeks. Can anyone advise me if I can fix this situation? I am going to get an 8100. In fact, I have already ordered some accessories for the phone and they will get here long before I have the actual phone. Any ideas? I am in Rochester, New York. Is there any more wiggle room on the date? The VZ sales people I spoke to at the stores said no way! I'm bummin. Thanks.

the only thing I know is that you can do your New Every 2 two months early. It sounds like that's already happened for you. just check it out

They are supposed to give you the new every 2 every upgrade at 22 months. Cust service is usually pretty accomodating, so I'm sure you could get it now.
