How to aswer while listening to mp3s?

I don't have the phone yet. I'm trying to decide how much I would use the Bluetooth and mp3.

Lets say I'm listening to Greenday with my overprice Bluetooth stereo headset. (I'm open to suggestions on what headset to get too.)

What happens when a call comes in? Does it ring in over the tunes? How do I answer. Do I have to touch the headset or phone or is there a voice command? What if its my wife and I just want to keep listening to the tunes?

Bluetooth doesn't work on music, just phone calls? You need a pair of wired headphones for mp3s, and then put on the bluetooth for calls? Sounds clunky.
