LG VX-8100
Verizon knows nothing about an update here.
When I call customer service I am told there is no update for the VX-8100. Is anyone else having a different outcome? I am in Portland, OR but I do not see how my location would make customer service say that there is no update offered at this time.

That problem has been happening all over the country Since the update was first speculated upon. Most of the areas of the country that havent gotten the update yet are telling their custoomers that there is no update. And even if they say there is one they will say they have no idea when it will be available to the public. Some will even BS you with a made up answer. 😲
