Who care about IOWA.....IOWA stands for Idots Out Wondering Around. Everyone in Iowa has there head up there ass. Even if Iowa would get the update there is no one in the state the is smart enought to install in on the phone!!! 👿 👿 🤣

Everyone should have the update now. wwhizzard was completely correct when he stated that it was pushed nationally through the system last Thurday evening, which means EVERY STORE EVERYWHERE will have it.
