I actually did and called them back. The employee said that it would not be available in his system until Monday. No matter what anyone else told me.

Which is kinda funny...Isn't Monday a holiday anyway?!?! I just think they don't want to be bothered by updates.

I spoke to a person 15 mins ago and was told that it is definitely there. The person you spoke to is lazy and doesnt want to install it. Get a manager. ITS THERE.
