updates and other things
i recently got the 8100 and this annoying thing keeps happening. every once and a while sometimes more than once in a day the phone shuts off for no reason when I'm using it. it dosent happen when I'm talking just when I'm pressing buttons, like texting or going through the menu. anyone know why this is happening
also what updates are available? what do they do? should i get them or do i need to get them?

The update fixes the volume problem, enables the mp3 player, and also fixes the shutting off problem. Do a search in this forum or look through the threads...it has been explained in detail many times.
