Data cable transfer software
I am looking for a data cable so I can transfer my phone book to my computer and get on the internet in the car through the phone.
I bought a data cable and software on ebay and after I bought it I noticed that the software doesnt support transfering the phone book or ringtones etc for the 8100, it will only work for getting me a connection to the internet on my laptop.
Does anyone know of a good software that will transfer the phone book etc?
also, do I need the data cable to get the family guy and Dave Chapelle TV shows on my phone?
I see the threads with links to the clips but I cant find instructions on how to get the shows from my computer and onto the phone.
Do they have to go on the miniSD card?

Not sure about the first part of your question, but as far as the shows go, no, you do not need a cable, but you do need an SD card. Once you've downloaded them and saved them to your desktop, hook your card up to your pc, open up my_flix folder then drag the show from the desktop to this folder, put the card back into the phone, go to menu, get it now, get pix & flix, my flix, and it should be on there!
