Camera delay fix with software upgrade???

can anyone tell me if the upgrade fixes the camera delay problem?? sorry if this has been asked already. Thanks!

No, the update does not fix the camera. Mine still has a delay.

I never had the delay except for on the very highest resolution and still doesn't after the update. Did everyone set their resolution to the 2nd highest? Still takes great pics and best of all no delay (at least it's not supposed to, if your's does and mine doesn't, then ???????????).

Yes, I have the delay. It's slightly worse on my second camera than the first, but other issues are better, so I don't want to swap again. I have the delay on every resolution, although I did play with the 320x240, and I believe the delay is ever so slightly less than on 640x480. Also, on 640x480, the delay is lessened by having the zoom all the way out. The farther in I zoom, the longer the delay. These differences are barely noticeable, but they are there.

thanks for responses. Tried the resolution thing....better on second-to-best resolution, but still a slight delay. Thank you all again!
