Missed Call/Calls Indicators
I totally forgot to check this when I was at the store, and I don't see it in the manual, nor do I find it on the forum.....
Ok, other than the “missed call” telephone icon thingy, how does the 8100 notify me that I’ve missed calls? My dinosaur Audiovox 9500 flashes a “green light”, so I know that I’ve missed calls while I was away from the phone.
Also, as far a the text “missed calls” message, will it just say “missed calls” or will it display the number of missed calls—“03 missed calls”?

When you miss a call it will show on the screen and also make a tone to alert you that you missed a call. If you miss, say 3 calls, it will say 3 missed calls.

Huh? How do you get an alert for MISSED CALLS?! I can get them for voice mails but not for missed calls.

It's not really a reminder alert, it just alerts you once right after it's missed.

You said it would sound a 'tone'. How does that happen? I see no way to get an audio tone of a missed call??!
