a free wap setting that works?
Has anyone found an IP, and settings that actually work to get free WAP on the vx8100?

I use my friends proxy server and it works every time. Unfortunatly I cant give out the address. Why dont you make a linux box with an old computer or something?

Here are some instructions for setting up your own WAP server on your PC. Now, all you need is a bit of resourcefulness (P2P) to get the Nowwap program. The link is for obtaining the Nowwap 30 day trial version or for instructions if you do not have a router. For the record, I did not create this I merely found this on another site and it worked for me.

Change your internal IP address to a static IP address, otherwise everytime you restart your PC DHCP will assign your PC a new IP address and of course your NowWap server will not work.
