MP3 car stereo plugin questions....
I have the 8100, and I'm also in the market for a new car stereo. So here are the questions for you all:
If I get a stereo with an AUX input, can I plug directly into the AUX from the phone to play MP3's? I realize I'll need an adapter plug to go from the headphone jack to the AUX input, but will this work?
What happens when someone calls, will the MP3 playback stop so I can hear the phone ring?
Is there some kind of splitter that would allow both a headset AND the connecting cable to be plugged into the phone at the same time? (So I wouldn't have to switch back and forth.)
Also, does LG make a cradle/car charger for this phone? I'd like something the phone mounts in, not just a plug.

you should be able to get a splitter to convert the 2.5 jack into an rca. The stereo would react just like your headset would so yes if someoen calls it would interupt playback, my guess is that you could also hear the person through your car stereo if you answered the call.

I'm thinking it will be a 1/8" input jack on the front face of the stereo, but it's probably no different than an RCA.
So where's a good place to get those kind of adapters?
