Voice Mail

I have notice that when I call and listen to my voice mail, it doesn't say what time the message was placed. Am the only one who don't have this or is it just a Verizon thing?

Thank you in advance.

Kym,
Could be sevral things causing this. You may want to give Verizon a call. Could be that your "prompts' are turned off. Or, Verizon may have incorrectly reset your VM.

I seem to remember that once you connect to your voicemail you can go into settings and change whether you have to date/time stamp or not. I think it was under administrative options. Can anyone else confirm this?

Yep! That's right - you have to go in to the voicemail and turn on that piece. You enter the voicemail, #4 (to change Personal Options), then #2 (Administrative Options), then #4 (Message Review Options), then #2 (Envelope Information) and turn Envelope Information "on".

That should do it!
