"MY ACCOUNT" on VERIZON WIRELSS website....Is it down?
Been trying to check "my account" on the Verizon Wireless homepage and when I sign in the first page comes up and shows my balance and that, but when I try to choose functions to go to, like view my minutes used, it says "my account is temporarily unavailable at this time, try back later". Anyone else getting this message?

I can't go to view minutes, but if I choose something else, like "payments" it will show me that and can go to other things, but when I try to go back to "account overview" it will say it again. Hmmmmm?????
Thanks for your answers. I wanted to find out if it was a problem everywhere or just on my end before I called *611 only to wait, be transferred, wait some more then finally talk to someone who probably can't help anyway.

Sometimes when you work with Verizon website for one thing, it does not let you look at another area. What I mean is that I think a cookie or something is put into memory or cache and later causes some problems.
You might try either clearing your browser's cache or rebooting your computer.
