Flip Cases - Which offers the most protection??
Just wondering if you all have found any good PROTECTIVE flip cases? Some days my job reqires me to spend a few hours out in the shop area. It gets awfully messy and gunky out there. I'd rather not do a pouch since I end up with a lot of grime on my hands.
I saw a flip case at Verizon, but I was shocked that it didn't have any clear covering for the front LCD. I'll use PDA screen protectors, but I was hoping for a case with protections as well.

Mine has the clear plastic on the front LCD. Maybe you werent looking at the case for the 8100.

Yeah - the verizon case has plastic over both LCD's. I just don't use it much because it makes the phone so damn bulky and I usually keep it in my pocket.

This is my second LG flip phone and both had these 2 piece cases. At least this one can be plugged into the charger without taking the case off unlike the 4400. What I don't dig is the belt clip. They just make the phone bulky and they rarely serve their function for long before becoming too lose to be useful. I used a knife to cut out the plastic round knob on the last one and it served me well after that. I'll likely do the same on this one.
