Bluetooth headset question-can't find one that works well!!
Tried both Motorola BT headsets that the Verizon store sells, as well as the Plantronics one, and none of them worked well on my 8100. All had a fair amount to a lot of echo, too much to really use on a regular basis, and there was often static. I know this has been covered a lot on this forum, just thought I'd see if there were any updates on this, new BT equipment etc.

With any phone connected with any BT headset you are going to encounter static at times and also echo at times too. That is completely normal. If it is so bad to the point you can't use it, then you may want to have your phone looked at by a tech for a possible phone issue.
P.S. I've tried A LOT of BT headsets and the two best, IMO on clarity are the Jabra BT250V and the Motorola H500.
